XUAN PAPER® is a material innovation brand specialising in paper yarn fabrics. We develop knitted, woven and blended fabrics for fashion application. Through customised composition, structure, colour and performance, we help brands transform paper-based materials into distinctive textile products.

From Paper to Paper Yarn Fabrics

Made from FSC-certified wood pulp, paper sheets are precisely slit and twisted into paper yarn, then developed into knitted, woven and blended fabrics.

Unlike conventional regenerated fibres, paper yarn retains its distinctive paper-based structure and natural texture, giving fabrics a unique visual and tactile character.

Why Paper Yarn Fabrics?

Paper fibres feature an interconnected porous structure with numerous microscopic air pockets, supporting airflow and moisture release while helping to reduce odour build-up. As a result, paper yarn fabrics offer breathability, a dry touch and natural texture, making them suitable for apparel, accessories and selected interior textile applications.
